Reddit threads, G2 reviews, Trustpilot feedback, investor interviews, product decisions, pricing changes, strategic refusals. Everything public I could find.

What I discovered: They’re operating at Level 2.5 while claiming Level 4. They’re proving something powerful through their decisions and claiming something different through their words.

The gap is instructive.

Not because Anton Osika (the founder) and his team are doing anything wrong. They’ve built something extraordinary. But because this is exactly what “you can’t read your own label” looks like at scale.

Their decisions prove a concept their marketing doesn’t claim. Their customers use language that their taglines don’t contain. Their costly signals point to something their explicit messaging doesn’t.

This is what I do. I read labels; founders can’t read themselves.

Here’s Lovable’s.

— Paul Syng

— This week, I’m sharing something different.
