You get it. You get me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And only then are they open to change.<\/p>\n<p>Psychologists call this \u201cshared reality.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The sense that you and I see the world the same way.<br \/> And it\u2019s foundational to trust, persuasion, and decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>Recognition taps into identity, not just utility.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not just helping them hit a number.<br \/> You\u2019re helping them protect their reputation.<br \/> Their team. Their sanity.
