But customers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They don’t care about your supply chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They care about how you make them feel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you aligning the inside with the outside?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or are you playing a game of corporate dress-up?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember Volkswagen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Green on the outside, dirty on the inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s not brand-building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s lying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

True brand-building is holistic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s in every decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every customer interaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s not what you say.
It’s what you do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
